What is Knowledge Master?
Knowledge Master is a system for delivering course
material over the internet in a natural manner that is
very similar to being in the actual classroom. By
combining streaming audio of the actual lecture with
animated slides, the student is free to absorb the
information at their own pace, on their own schedule, as
many times as they like. |

Can I preview the course material before purchasing?
Yes. You can preview a full lecture to get an idea of
the course material and delivery format before deciding
if you would like to purchase the course. |

Is there a limit to how many times I can access the
lectures?
There is no limit. You can access the lectures as
many times as you like over the duration of your course. |

Can I save KnowledgeMaster courses to my hard drive?
No. All KnowledgeMaster courses are delivered via
streaming, which means they cannot be saved to your hard
drive. You can, however, view the course material as
many times as you like over the duration of your course. |

What is your refund policy?
Because KnowledgeMaster courses are streamed and can
be immediately consumed, we cannot offer refunds once
the course has been purchased. For this reason, we offer
a free course preview
to allow you to preview the material format prior to
purchasing. |

Can I share my Knowledge Master login information
with other people?
No. Our User Agreement specifically states that you
and only you are licensed to view your course material.
If we have reason to believe that you are sharing your
login with others, you may lose access to your course
without a refund. |
